    Did you check the communication is fine or error?

    The registers wirte/read is normal or not?

    Hi Smith,

    Following Derek's comments, please further debug by:

    1. Provide I2C waveform to see whether I2C communication works well. It is also suggested to check i2C address;
    2. To check TI_Audio USB driver by right click sound of your PC->Sounds -->Play back  --> to find TI usb driver.

    Last but not least, to check whether EVM board is powered correctly.
