It's curious you are getting this kind of issues when no load connected. If you replace the TPA2011D1 by a new unit, do you have the same problem? In case you have many boards, do you have the same issue? I'm asking this in order to check if the problem is associated to the units or to the boards.

Could you provide details about your operation sequence? I mean, do you wait until VDD level is stable before enabling the device and sending audio signal?

Do you have some captures VDD vs EN pin, OUT+/OUT- vs VDD, OUT+/OUT- vs IN+/IN-?

I've include scope shots below. PVDD/VDD is turned on to 5V many seconds before I manually set EN = 1.8V. I'm not driving any input signal yet, so IN+ and IN- are just reacting to the supply dip. There is no load on the outputs, but they show a small spike when the amp resets every 100msec. All these waveforms repeat every 100 msec, while EN stays high.
