TPA2028D1: Line width from WCSP pad

Part Number: TPA2028D1

Hello team,

I received a question about circuit pattern of audio amp. I would appreciate it if you could take a look and give us some feedback. Any brief feedback would be fine.

Their main concern are about line width. Please refer to the following point.

Concern: Line width
As for the confirmation of the contents of the data sheet, does it mean that the width of the drawer line from the WCSP pad is 75um to 100um?
 Currently, I'm pulling out at 0.18mm, but is it too thick? If this is 100um, only about 0.1A can flow, is that okay?
 Is there a problem with 0.18mm? Is it a CSP manufacturing problem?

Best Regards,
Ryotaro Fukui
