Hi Ti Team，

I have a headset project using TPA6138A2 ，Connect the earphones to the noise generator and age with pink noise for 96 hours, the chip is damaged.

Setting up the following conditions
Frequency range: 20Hz～20KHz
Buzz & Rattles: 0.8V±10%
Time: 96 hrs

Hi,

Can you confirm there is no voltage being applied to VSS pin? I see some external circuitry even though only decoupling capacitance is required.

Can you elaborate on what is the failing symptom after the aging test?
