Good day, customer want to know if the shift-registers for uPOT control in LM1972 be affected the"Soft Error". Below is the details.
"May the shift-registers for uPOT control in LM1972 be affected the "Soft Error" ?
If yes, is it usable the periodical/repetitive overwriting the same setting data to the shift-registers as a countermesure against "Soft Error"?
Is there no affects to uPod analogue performance(e.g. unwanted noise generation) by the periodical/repetitive overwriting the setting data in usual operation?"
