hi sir,

                 we are using this tas5733l ic in our project when we increase the gain, it producees good sound  as song by sufficient limit, but after increasing more gain it does not produce song sound. it produces the sound like tk tk tk tk... continoue. what is the main problem behind it can you suggest me.

    Hi jitendra,
    Did you read the Error Status Flag in the register 0x02 to see if there is any error triggered? Look like it's a OC or OT fault. How much is the PVCC and speaker resistance? Did you set the register 0x10 with the value 0x07 to limit the max PWM duty-cycle? Please make sure the output current is below the OC THR 4A. Did your measure the temperature on the device? OC FAULT is triggered when the temperature exceeds ~150C. So good thermal design is necessary to support higher output power.
