TAS5805MEVM: Connection problem between PPC3 and TAS5805M EVM

HI, I will be use TAS5805M for our new project. The problem is i cannot get connection between PPC3 and EVM, offline. At PC, it shows usb driver error .

Could you help to fix it ?

Remark : PC is windows 8.1 professional version, 64bit , Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590CPU @3.3GHZ

Hi Eddi,
We never heard of this issue before. Did you try on another PC? It works well on my PC with Win7 and Win10. And please also try with another USB cable.

hi !
i also installed PP3 in my ThinkPad notebook, it running at Windows7. it also have same problems. Cable also tried another one.
It is not related to cable problem, because PC can detect the EVM but it show TI USB Error.
Do you have USB Driver files ?

Hi Deei,

All drivers needed by PPC3 GUI are included in PPC3 installation file. Commonly, it will be ready after the installation.

Can you re-install PPC3 and check again? Let me know if you still cannot solve this issue or please go for help from local TI supporting people.
