My customer received this error after hitting 100% on the PPC3 download

What could be the cause?

Hi, Michael,

PPC3 installer tries to download MCR installer as part of its installation, this error happens when user have provided incorrect proxy settings while installing. He may try running the installer again and use correct proxy settings.

In addition, do you know if customer has another MATLAB Compiler Runtime version or another .Net framework version? PPC3 installs the needed versions for its correct usage.

Thanks for the quick reply. If they do have another MATLAB version or .Net version, what steps need to be taken?

Even with the error my customer says the software looks to be communicating with the device, I think we are ok.
