Hello everyone,

I want to use PCM1802 as an Audio Stereo A/D Convereter ADC Decoder 24bit 96kHz ( similar to this https://www.aliexpress.com/i/32830756646.html) as Master for my school project. I connected the appropriate pins ( Mode 1 and Mode 2 on HIGH) and connected the System clock with a function generator with 20kHz with the appropriate wave form. FSYNC is on LOW and the pins 3.3V and 5V are connected to the power source. 

But after connecting everything that needs to be an input as said on the datasheet, I don't have a BCK.  What can be the cause of that?  I changed 2 chips already in order to test it
