TAS5805-SW: The TAS5805-SW does not show up on my PPC3 desktop

My customer YJ.CHENG@JazzHipster.com.tw had got the approval for TAS5805-SW, however when he open the PPC3, he can not see TAS5805-SW on PPC3 desktop, screen shot as below. Can you help check anything wrong?

There seems to be glitch in the system currently.

We are also experiencing the same situation on our end. We have reached out to the PPC3 team & secureSoftware to resolve this.

Will update when resolved!

The issue with PPC3 has been resolved. The main PPC3 application will now allow access to applications after logging in.
