Question for PPC3 Software

Hi Experts,

Recently we changed the company computer and need to re-install the PPC3 software. After we downloaded the latest PPC3 software from mySecure Software and installed, when we log in, it will show no any available EVM plug-in. But I do checked the my EVM plug-in and no expirations. Do you know what's the problem in here?

Hi, Jacky,

Could you try clicking on the "Access" button on each PPC3 plug-in and then accepting the terms and conditions of each plug-in, please?

If this doesn't make a difference on your PPC3 App Center Window, could you re-install the software in your equipment, please?

Hi,

We have tried to click the "Access" button, but no any accepting the items option as below:

Also, we tried to re-install the PPC3 software many times, it will be always no any plug-in appearing in the App Center Window. Can you help to verify this problem in your computer again? I have also verified this issue on my old laptop where I uninstall the existing plug-ins, it shows the same behavior(no any available plug-in appearing).
