Using TPA3117d2, we prototyped according to the reference circuit diagram in the data sheet. 20 of the 40 had cracked sound from the speaker when the power was turned on. The power supply voltage is 24V. If the voltage is set to 12V, such a thing will not occur. Even if it seems to be a good product, turning it on again at 24V will result in a defective product. Hello,

The pop may be related to input or output mismatch.

1) you can short the input to GND through 1uF caps. If the noise was gone, it is from audio source.

2) after item #1, the noise is still here, change the input caps to 0.47uF.

What's about PCB layout? L/R_INN should be connected to the audio source ground.

Always I am indebted.
Sound cracking is directly linked to the element failure. Even if the defective product is driven by 12V, sound cracking occurs.
I want to identify the cause, but the symptom does not appear in the waveform.
We would like to hear your opinions and suggestions such as output waveform, bootstrap, power supply circuit ripple, and larger output coil.
