Hi, Eric,
I would suggest to try using an LC filter in order to filter the high-frequency noise. I recommend to take a look at the document and tool below for a proper filter configuration based on what you require.

Thank you very much for the information.
We will modify the circuit and test again.
We will also reduce the Amp gain and check if the speaker quality(it may be damaged by over rating operating).
