CDCI6214: The device stopped responding

Hi Team,

Our customer built a board with CDCI6214. They were able to program the device using TICS Pro software but suddenly the device stopped responding. The TICS Pro software can't detect the device anymore. The customer would like to know if it is possible that the device has been locked or the EEPROM data has been corrupted. What could be the cause of this issue?
