Hi, can you please say what is FOD, when you mention "please note that the FOD of CDCI6214 is not recommended. If you need fractional outputs, please use CDCE6214-Q1 instead."

Also the datasheet of the CDCE6214-Q1 is not available from ti site(link is blank):

    FOD refers to "fractional output divider." We released the CDCI6214 with the fractional output divider referenced in several locations in the datasheet and the register map. However, the FOD performance is poor and not all fractional values are correct. In June 2019, we removed references to it in the datasheet and register map, but some customers still had datasheets from before this update; at the time, we provided guidance that the FOD is not recommended for use. The FOD is removed in CDCE6214(-Q1) and instead a fractional N-divider is used to synthesize arbitrary fractional frequencies.

    I just tested the link in your post, and it works fine for me. You could also try the CDCE6214, which is the commercial version of the CDCE6214-Q1; it was not released at the time of the original question's reply. If neither of those links work, I have attached the datasheets (accessed 2021-05-11) below.
