    Hi Chen,

    CDCI6214 is not directly pin-pin compatible with 5P49V6965 but it  can be used as a replacement. However, please note that the FOD of CDCI6214 is not recommended. If you need fractional outputs, please use CDCE6214-Q1 instead. It's pin-pin compatible with CDCI6214.
