LMX2594 can perform frequency sweep using the ramp functionality. I believe that in manual mode, if VCO calibration can be avoided, it will definitely be possible to maintain a constant frequency difference of 10MHz in the outputs at every ramp step. The frequency difference will vary during the switching portion of the ramp, and if VCO calibration must occur then there are no guarantees that the calibration will complete in the same amount of time for both devices.
In automatic ramping mode, it should also be possible to schedule the ramp behavior based on some number of phase detector cycles. The same description of exceptions and edge cases (during switching and calibration) applies here as well.
