Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CDCS503, CDCS503-Q1
Hi Team,
Does TI have any specs on reference leakage and phase noise performance on CDCS504-Q1?
Thank you in advance.

Hello Maynard,
I will check on this shortly and get back to you.
Hi Aaron,
Thank you for your response. We will wait for your update on this.

Hello Maynard,
A member of my team who has access to more of the original data for this device that I do is looking into the PNA data as requested.
The CDCS503 performance can be considered the same as CDCS504-Q1, excluding additional temperature range coverage.
Please also expand, what kind of leakage you are looking for?
Hello Maynard,
Here is a PNA plot of the CDCS503 performing a x4 frequency on 25MHz. Unfortunately, this is all the phase noise data we were able to locate on this family of devices.
Hi Aaron,
Due to shortage, my customer want to use CDCS503-Q1 to replace CDCS504-Q1, could we direct replace it?
Thanks.
Hello James,
This should be a separate thread not added here after an unrelated question to the device.
There are some slight changes from CDCS504-Q1 to the CDCS503-Q1. I would recommend checking the use case as moving to CDCS503-Q1 does offer SSC but the F_in requirements and following F_out frequency ranges are different.
Hopefully this helps.
