CDCE6214: CDCE6214 PLL SSC seetting and factory re-configurate

Hi,

We configurate the CDCE6214 output 2 LVCMOS and 2 LPHCSL for PCIE, when enable SSC, is the SSC only available on LPHCSL? or will be avaiable on LPHCSL and LVCMOS? 

And how to program our configration to CDCE6214 EEPROM? Can I think it is a EEPROM device?

    Hello Marco,

    The spread-spectrum is performed at the N-divider, so it should be available on all outputs.

    EEPROM instructions are provided in the datasheet, and an EEPROM page is included in TICS Pro for programming register contents or an external file to EEPROM. TICS Pro documents the programming process in terms of register writes, so you can double-check the TICS Pro writes against the datasheet process.
