Kindly advice whether MICRON DDR3 part number "MT41K256M16TW-107 IT:P TR" of DDR3-1866 be interfaced with AM5728 processor EMIF1 & 2.

    Hi,

    I am not aware of any reason why AM5728 would not functionally work with MT41K256M16TW-107 IT. However, the frequency of operation must still be limited to satisfy the AM5728 datasheet. Note that DRAM memories are often backwards compatible with slower speed bins. This memory appears to be backwards compatible with 1066, CL = 7 (-187E) (see the note of Table 56 in the DRAM datasheet).
