Hi

Can you advise the correct power sequence. i.e. can the clock and data lines be active before the VCC?

    Hi Ken,

    It will be similar to Figure 8.4 of the LMX2820 datasheet.

    We don't suggest any SPI activity before Vcc is up, because we recommend do a RESET to the device after POR.

    If you are sharing the SPI bus with other devices, I cannot for sure but it should be fine as the SPI interface is an input port. To play safe, add a small series resistor in each SPI pin to limit the current flow.
