CDCE6214-Q1: Generating 24.576MHz from reference clock 25MHz.

We would like to generate 24.576MHz from 25MHz reference clock.

Our register settings is shown in "Regsters_settings.txt".

We send extract from datasheet too,  which we referred to.

Could you check our register settings and give us some advise?
