Hi team,

I have multiple questions about PLLatinum Sim.

・Does TI have manual for PLLatinum Sim?
・When interfacing with TICSPro, is it necessary to install and use TICSPRO-SW?
・TI PLLatinum Sim>Phase Noise>VCO Noise>Load Data

Could you please let me know how to script to load VCO data?

What does MASH Order mean?

What is happening when the divider is shown in red?

・I cannot open the saved file, so could you please help address this issue?

    Itoh,

    1.  There is no written manual for PLLatinum Sim.  However, there is extensive help built in the tool that answers many questions.  Click on the "?" and it gives context senstivie help.

    2. To interface with TICSPro, you can load in the *.tcs file and do NOT have to have TICSPro installed on the same computer as PLLatinum Sim

    3.  To load VCO phase noise, click the help ? next to "OSC,PLL, and VCO" noise.  It discusses how to do this and the format.

    4.  Go to https://www.ti.com.cn/cn/lit/ml/snaa106c/snaa106c.pdf and it talks about this in great detail and is what this tool is based on.

    5. When the divider turns red, it means that PLLatinum sim thinks that this value is not valid.

    6.  With the saved file, I'm not sure the issue, but if it is in Japanese or is a much older version, this might be causing issues.  Have you tried saving a file and then trying to re-open it.
