Currently using the CDCU877ARHAT. Looking at the possibility of using CDCU877RHAT, but unsure what the differences are between the two parts? Please let me know and thank you.

Both the components are identical.

The only difference is: VOX of CDCU877A is on average 30 mV lower than that of CDCU877 for the same application.

This info is in the data sheet VOX spec parameter (note 8).
