CDCP1803: recommended max operating junction temperature for performance

My Customer is looking for the recommended max operating junction temperature for performance. Only ambient temperature for performance is on the datasheet is this the same?

Hi Renan,

All the min. and max. data in Electrical Characteristic section were determined with throughout characterization at different lots and temperatures. Users will get the datasheet specified performance if they operate the device within datasheet specified conditions.

so it is safe to say that the max operating junction temperature for performance for this device is 125°C?

Hi Renan

Yes. If the max. junction temperature required is violated, there is risk that the part will be damaged as well.
