Hello,
Is there any parametric information about the temperature dependence of the rise and fall times for the LVDS outputs?

Hello,
Is there any parametric information about the temperature dependence of the rise and fall times for the LVDS outputs?
Hi Ethan,
Unfortunately, there is no data available on the temperature dependence besides what is stated on the datasheet. The LVDS output rise and fall times are ensured under the tested temperature range of -40 °C ≤ TA ≤ 85 °C.

Jennifer
I realize that you may not have anything for the LMK00301 specifically, but is it possible to find this data for another LVDS driver? I really have no idea what to expect. The datasheet has 175 pF typ, 300 ps max, but I don't know how much of that is temperature variation vs. part-to-part variation.
Alternatively, are there SPICE or IBIS models for any LVDS driver from TI that I can use to obtain some insight into what might happen?
Steve,
You can get the LMK00301 IBIS model by going to the Design and Development section of the LMK00301 site, and downloading the model under the "Design Tools and Simulation" header.

Jennifer
