Are there any restrictions on driving the OSCinP & OSCinN pins while the LMX2615-SP is powered down?
From the datasheet the restriction on these pins is 2.1Vpp but it's not clear if there could be damage to the parts if those pins are driven when the device is powered down (perhaps through ESD diodes to the rails)
