LMK04832-SP: the output frequency range of VCO0 and VCO1

Hi team

Could you tell the the output frequency range of VCO0 and VCO1?

The datasheet mentions min value for VCO0 and max value for VCO1. Customer is not sure about when to use VCO0 and VCO1.

    Hi Noriyuki,

    LMK04832-SP datasheet first page shows the VCOs frequency range, which are VCO0: 2440 to 2600MHz and VCO1: 2945 to 3255MHz

    Based on required operating frequency range, customer can use select the VCO.

    Hi Noriyuki,

    With the internal VCOs, the required frequencies are not possible. But it can be use in two different configuration for the frequencies beyond internal VCO.

    1. Use LMK04832-SP in external VCO mode, which need an external VCO with the preferred frequency range and generate the output.

    2. It also can be use in distribution mode, where they can generate the required frequency by some other PLL (say LMX2615-SP) and use LMK04832-SP in distribution mode.
