LMK05318B: LVDS trace length too long?

Hi Team,

One quick question from customer, if customer uses our LMK05318B LVDS output, the total trace length will be around 16500 mil (include 1 connector pair), how do we know if it needs additional buffer or not?

Hi Andrew,

16500 mil does not sound overly long from my point of view - 16.5 inches is close to evm trace + sma cable used for majority of testing. So I don't see any need for an additional buffer.
