LMX2594: SCK and Data on Muxout timing

According to the datasheet remarks regarding Fig. 2 on p.13, when performing a readback "The data on MUXout is clocked out at t_CR after the falling edge of SCK.  In other words, the readback data will be available at the MUXout pin t_CR after the clock falling edge." I am wondering why the data is clocked out on the falling edge rather than the rising edge.  Regardless of the reason, however, to allow the maximum time for signal propagation delay and settling, I am recommending that the bus master read the data on the MUXout pin just prior to the next falling edge of SCK.  Can you confirm that the data will not change before the next falling edge of SCK?
