Loading status has not finished and I can not use the system now.

Thanks for your prompt response on this.
Yes, the loading status has never been over.

I just tried to delete my all cookie and history file on Chrome browser but it didn't solve this issue.

What can I do for next?

Onawa-san,

I've seen this issue a few times on the TI intranet. I think there's some misconfiguration of clock tree architect on TI VPN. If possible, can you use clock tree architect through a non-TI network e.g. phone?

I am speaking with the software developer to solve this issue. Apologies for the trouble.

Hi,

I'm having the same issue. I've tried to start Clock Tree Architect using Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox on my work and home laptops as well as on my phone (both connecting via wiki and 4G) but in all cases the loading status never finishes. Is there a hardware or browser requirement I'm missing?

CTA is indeed experiencing issues outside the TI network. It also doesn't finish loading on my personal computer. We apologize for the inconvenience and we're working to get it fixed.
