My customer wants to use CDCE813-Q1 for jitter cleaning only, could he just use the default settings and bypass other registers?
Because he didn't want to use MCU to control the CDCE813-Q1.
Or it is needed to set something to get what he wants?

the CDCE813-Q1 does have the outputs disabled at startup. However, CDCE813R02-Q1 variant does have a single output (Y1) enabled by default. The output frequency is the same as the input frequency. If more outputs are needed you have to programm.
