LMX2820: Is double buffering available on the VCO parameters?

Hi Experts

My customer have the following questions about the LMX2820.

" I am planning to use the LMX2820 in full assist mode. 

Is double buffering available for the VCO parameters: VCO_SEL, VCO_CAPCTRL, VCO_DACISET?  

Is there a recommend sequence when use the full assist? "

Please provide guidance on these 2 questions.

    Jim,

    We don't have double-buffering for VCO_SEL, VCO_CAPCTRL, or VCO_DACISET. Instant Calibration is basically full assist, but the device does the per-part calibration itself and loads all three parameters simultaneously from its own lookup table.

    My recommended sequence when using full assist calibration is to stop using full assist calibration, and use instant calibration instead.

    If instant calibration is not an option, write VCO_SEL first, VCO_CAPCTRL next, and VCO_DACISET last.
