Our MFG use .hxt file to do off-line program, after mount to our board, there are no any clock output.
We had check the reset, power and 25Mhz input reference clock, everything are OK, but till no clock output.
Then I use USB to ANY cable to on-line update via TICS Pro tool, the CDCI6214 detected and the all clock are valid after on-line program.
Can you help to check the .hex file code?
Below is my configuration and .hxt / .tcs file in attach.
Input clock: 25Mhz OSC and connect to pin1 =>We are use OSC, not xtal.
EEPROMSEL: pull-L =>Use page0 only
Refsel: Pull-L
