Does LMH1980 have tolerance?

Does it have  a bad effect on stability or reliability
to apply voltage output pin without VCC power supply?

    Hello,

    the supply voltage tolerance is shown here: 

    From the absolute maximum rating you can see that it is not allowed to have a signal on Vin which is greater then VCC+0.3V.

    If VCC is 0V then the max input signal must be <0.3V in order to avoid potential damage to the IC.
