LMK05028: Get 40MHz clock out on EVB

Hi Expert,

We got a LMK05028 EVB. We want to output a 40MHz CMOS clock from this board, and this clock will be used by another chip. The following is our setup, from osciliscope this clock is 40MHz, but the chip wasn't working well. If we use a normal crystal oscillator, this chip was working well. We didn't believe the LMK05028's clock output is worse than a normal crystal oscillator.

The following is setup. We also try TCXO_IN with10e6, the result is same. Our software enginner said, although the oscilliscope show 40MHz, but there is a drift. Could you help us check where is the problem or give us a correct configuration to get exact and stable 40MHz output from OUT4 on EVB?
