I am using the LMX2594EVM & TICS Pro to FM Modulate a 5 GHz PLL output in the 1 kHz range
On page 14 of the LMX2594EVM Instruction manual you show a scope screen plot of Freq v Time.
Could you please identify the oscilloscope e.t.c. used to generate this plot or an alternative
piece of suitable equipment to handle a 12 GHz FM modulated signal as shown ?
