Looking for RTC to interface with my controller (SPI protocol is preferred - No back up battery should required)

Hello All,

For my project, I am willing to use an RTC chip that can provide date and time to my controller (doesn't has to be very accurate - if controller can write to RTC I can daily write the correct time from internet to RTC)

I am not willing to add any back up battery to this project for RTC (not even coin cell). Is there any IC that can offer me these features? SPI protocol is preferred (Because I don't have extra pins for I2C support on my controller).
