LMX2594: How to optimize Phase Noise of LMX2594

Hi,

I am using LMX2594 at 3.25GHz and I am able to achieve the following PN performance:

100kHz: -110dBc/Hz, 1MHz: -131.56dBc/Hz, 10MHz: -148dBc/Hz

Is there any room to improve this PN performance? In particular, I am trying to achieve -149dBc/Hz or better at 1MHz offset.

Is there a compatible device that can achieve my spec at 1MHz offset?

    Hi There,

    In our portfolio, we don't have a part that is able to support -149dBc/Hz at 1MHz at 3GHz. This specification is very challenging to integrated VCO synthesizers. I am afraid there is no device capable of supporting this spec in the market.
