As title, yes! it means a high frequency PWM controller.
My requirement:
(1) >400MHz clock @ 50% duty cycle
(2) and variable duty cycle between 10% ~ 100%
(3) if frequency also can be variable, that's perfect!
(4) I prefer to easy peripheral circuit, e.g. VCC/GND, XTAL I/O, PWM out, and VR to control duty cycle
I've surveyed timers class, but none of them met my requirements.
Does anyone give me suggestions?
