LMX2694-EP: Phase adjust using SYNC function

Part Number: LMX2694-EP

Hello team,

I want to confirm some point about phase shift description of LMX2694.

Q1)

I want to confirm the definition of "Phase shift in degrees".

Does "Phase shift in degrees" mean the amount of shift in relation to the fVCO?
For example, if fVCO=10GHz is set, would 1 period of 10GHz( = 100ps) corresponds to 360°?

Q2)

In datasheet "Figure 7-5. Determining the SYNC Category", there is a description of "No limitations on fOSC" in diagram of Category2.

Does this "limitation" mean limitation described in "Table 7-13. SYNC Pin Timing Characteristics for Category 3 SYNC"? (fOSC:40MHz(max))

For example, does this mention signals like 155.52MHz could be input for Category2?

Best Regards,
