LMX2581E: Footprint/Exposed Pad Size?

Part Number: LMX2581E

The LMX2581E uses the RTV mechanical design.

  1. The RTV drawing says "Thermal Pad Size and Shape shown on separate sheet". I cannot find this in either the LMX2581E datasheet or elsewhere. 
  2. Is there a recommended footprint?
