LMK03318: Creating a Vendor programming file

I would like to have a vendor pre-program parts for us. Is the file I need for this the EEPROM file? In TICS pro I see an export GUI map-->EEprom file. This creates a .epr file. I have not been able to find a way to import this file back into the tool and program the part to verify it's correct. Can you please verify this is the correct file and the correct method to extract it. Thanks
