LMX2595: LMX2595 output power

Hi team,

As per data sheet of LMX2595 when we use inductor pullup then max power output is 7dBm at 14.8GHz.

But while testing we observed -2dBm power.

I am sharing you the schematic and .tcs file. Please review and suggest for improvement of output power.

Could you resend the schematic with a higher resolution? I can't read the component value.

Hi Manasa,

Could you try change those 0.3pF capacitors to a bigger value? 0.3pF looks small to me.

If RFoutB is not using, you can simply leave the output floating.
