LMX2595: Regarding LMX2595 O/P POWER with inductive pull up as in datasheet given 7dB.

Hi Team,

We are getting o/p power of LMX2595 is about -3 dB@15 GHz but in datasheet, it is 7 dB. i have used inductive pull up of 1 nH as recommended in datasheet. In EVM also max o/p power is about 0 dB. Could you explain this.

Hi Ajay,

Would you please change the 0.3pF capacitors to a bigger value?

If RFoutB is not using, you can simply leave the output floating.

Hi Noel,

Thanks for suggestion, I have already changed o/p capacitor to 0.01 uF( in place of 0.3 pF. but we are not getting positive o/p such as 1dB or 2 dB. I will leave RFoutB floating and check if there any change in LMX o/p.
