LMK03328: Unused port and power supply

Dear Technical Support Team,

The following explanation is described on page 48 of data sheet.

If any of outputs 4, 5, 6, and 7 and their output dividers are disabled; their corresponding supplies can be connected to GND.

Even if output ports 2 and 3 (OUT2_N, P OUT3_N, P) are unused, should VDDO_23 be connected to GND?

Hi ttd,

To my understanding, VDDO_23 can not be connected to GND, when not in use. I can double check internally.

VDDO_23 pin can be connected with supply rail and if channel is not in use, can be power down the channel using register control and it will consume almost no current.
