1. How to control the output? By EEPROM or I2C? Can you set it if there is a way to ship it?

2. The picture below is the customer schematic input 100MHZ from APU, can it be connected to CDCE6214 pin1/2?

Hi Gareth,

You can program the device via I2C. The programmed settings can be stored in the EEPROM. See also table 22 in the datasheet for the default EEPROM settings.

A 100MHz signal can be connected to the input of the device. The register setting needs to be correct.
