Hi Jay,

The data sheet lists the ambient temperature range down to -55 C.

Since the power consumption of this device is low under nominal conditions/configurations, it is assumed that the ambient temperature is the same as the junction temperature, so, it is safe to use -55C as the minimum junction temperature for the SE version.
