Can you suggest any alternate part number for this part number SE555D with similar functionality which will work in ambient temperature range of -46 deg Celc to 136 deg Celc and Max Junction Temperature should be greater than or equal to 160 deg Celc

The SE555 operating temperature condition is -55 to 125C. The next closest device we have that matches this operating temperature range is the TLC555M shown below. We do not have timer device we recommend operating above 125C ambient. The TLC555M max operating junction temperature is 150C, however operating the device at the abs max junction temperature of 150C can affect reliability as noted in the product data sheet.
