Part Number: LMK03318
Hi
We have seen issues before using the LMK03318 evaluation board whereby certain registers cannot be successfully programmed to non-volatile memory while there is a reference oscillator present. Is there any requirement to disable the reference input during programming of the NVM?
In the cases where it fails to write registers, it is specifically the N-counter register when we try to program it to 250, with an R-counter of 1. Writing to the volatile memory works fine, but the setting cannot be committed to NVM unless the input reference is disabled. We do not get any issue with N-counter of 1000, R-counter of 4. When doing this through the GUI, it does not give any errors, but on power cycle the N-counter register particular register appears to have not been programmed.
Thanks
